Is pickup available?
Yes pickup is available from our warehouse in Guildford, Sydney Australia.

What is your Return Policy?
At novapoker.com.au, we realize that all sales may not be final. If one of our customers makes a purchase and wish to return the product, you have 7 days to do so. A store credit minus the freight costs will be made IF the items is in a re-saleable condition with original packaging. Any item that has been used or is not re-saleable or not in its original packaging cannot be refunded.

Damaged goods - In the rare chance you receive a damaged product, we must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim is resolved, the product will need to be sent to us and a replacement will be sent out.

All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, novapoker.com.au is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the consignment note is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Delivery   Sydney Metro 1-2 days NSW, ACT, *Bris, Melb, QLD Metro 1-3 days VIC, Adelaide 3-5 days **QLD South, SA 3-5 days QLD Regional, Perth 5-7 days TAS, WA, NT 5-7 days   *inc. Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Maroochydore **inc. Rockhampton, south east QLD outside Brisbane   * Most items are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment being received. * Once items are dispatched, Courier delivery times apply. * All items are sent via a Courier or Australia Post Express. FREE PICKUP Mon - Sat 8am - 6pm is also available from our warehouse in Guildford, Sydney. CASH only. For pickups, don't forget you need a station wagon, vans, ute, large 4WD or trailer etc to fit the poker tables in.

Warranty   At Nova Poker, we are committed to offering you a safe and pleasant shopping experience. So if something does go wrong, we are here to help you!     * If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, we will give you a store credit within 7 days of delivery for unopened products. Please note store credit does not include delivery costs. * If rare chance your item arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or full refund. VERY IMPORTANT. Please inspect the goods at time of delivery to check for any damage. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, we are not responsible for replacing the product. * We offer 12 months warranty. This warranty is void if the failure of your goods is attributable to fire, any and all acts of nature, by unreasonable or abusive use, accident, alteration, or normal wear and tear. Our services and warranty policy extends to normal use applications and does not cover industrial or institutional uses.
