Is my checkout secure?
Yes. The checkout is protected with industry-leading security and encrypted by the latest security technology (SSL 128-bit encryption). Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed an order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact us.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Direct deposit, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cash on pickup. We utilize a secure socket layer (SSL) to ensure your credit card transactions are safe and secure. We are committed to your privacy and will never share any of your personal information with a third party.
What is your Return Policy?
At novapoker.com.au, we realize that all sales may not be final. If one of our customers makes a purchase and wish to return the product, you have 7 days to do so. A store credit minus the freight costs will be made IF the items is in a re-saleable condition with original packaging. Any item that has been used or is not re-saleable or not in its original packaging cannot be refunded.
Damaged goods - In the rare chance you receive a damaged product, we must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim is resolved, the product will need to be sent to us and a replacement will be sent out.
All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, novapoker.com.au is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the consignment note is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Delivery Times?
For tables and larger items delivery is done by a nation-wide courier company so please provide a residential or work address so someone can sign off on it. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.
Smaller items are sent via Australia Post.
• Someone must be present to collect items at time of delivery for larger items.
• In an event that nobody is present at the time of delivery, TNT charges a re-delivery fee visit. However no fee will be charged if items are collected from their local depot.
* Most items are dispatched within 1-3 days of payment being received.
* Once items are dispatched, Courier delivery times apply.
* All items are sent via a Courier or Australia Post Express.
